PROGRAM OFFERS

DIPLOMA 1 HOSPITALITY

Training Program equivalent to Diploma 1 which is intended for those who have just graduated from Vocational High School and / or High School, where this Program is carried out for 1 (one) year.

The Programs offered are:

  • Housekeeping,
  • Culinary,
  • Food & Beverage Service
The instructors are experienced instructors at overseas both on Cruise Ships and Hotels, so the material provided is based on the experience they have done before in accordance with their teaching fields at the Academy.
The training process will be conducted in 2 (two) stages:

First Stage

Provision of theory carried out at LPK Kuantum Academy for 6 (six) months.

Second Stage

Carrying out industrial work practices for another 6 (six) months, which are carried out at the Cooperation Hotels

ACCELERATION PROGRAM

Acceleration Program, is a Training Program specifically targeted at Cruise Ships, especially River Ships, where this Program is carried out for a maximum of 6 (six) months for the following Programs:
  • Housekeeping,
  • Food & Beverage Service

The requirements to be able to join this Program are:

Have work experience in the world of tourism for at least 1 (one) year in accordance with the Program of choice,

Maximum of 35 (thirty five) years of age,

Mastering basic English.

Because the expected result is that participants will be placed on Cruise Ships, the training content is more about Cruise Ship Knowledge and Skills, including English Class.

J1 USA PROGRAM

A one-year internship program in the United States, offering opportunities to young professionals in 4-star and 5-star hotels and resorts.

To be able to participate in this class, prospective participants must meet the following requirements:

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Hospitality

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

Maximum age: 34 years old

Fluent in English

A six-month (6) internship program in Thailand, with placements available in Phuket and Bangkok.

MALAYSIA INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

A six-month (6) internship program in Malaysia, with placements available in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, and Malacca.

Program Requirements:

ENGLISH CLASS

English Course is a course program intended for those who have graduated from vocational school equivalent, where this course is divided into 2 Grades:

Basic Class

This Basic Class will be conducted for a minimum of 48 hours and at the end of the class, the participants are expected to be able to communicate in a simple manner with language mastery of around 50%-60%

The Advanced Class

In this class, there will be an emphasis on confidence in speaking using English, both with native speakers as well as in front of an audience, including an emphasis on Tenses and Grammar at this final level, at the end of the session the participants are expected to be able to speak, write and listen well including understanding of Tenses and Grammar

GERMAN SPEAKING CLASS

As the demand of Indonesian hospitality staff working on board River Cruises plying in German river Danube, Rhine, and Pasau every year, we committed to dispatch the brilliant talents who knows how to speak Germany. To bring additional quality to our potential crew, encourage the knowledge or skill in many languages is our main priority. German Language course presenting to our hospitality talents that have been selected to work on board River Cruises.
German Course will be conducted in 24 meetings which is divide into 2 (two) sessions:

First Session

Basic and General German language

Second Session

Will be focused to the conversation in their respective Program choice

With these two ways of learning, it is guaranteed that students will be able to speak and communicate in German, especially about the department where they work.
